JMC is serving as General Contractor for Cloud9, a new interactive, virtual-reality-themed entertainment center in Orland Park, IL. The buildout transforms an existing retail space into a full suite of immersive game rooms — including laser tag, mixed-reality grids, and interactive LED environments — built around a neon-accented, high-energy interior design. Delivered on a 137-day schedule from design by Ware Malcomb, as a multi-million dollar contract.
