JMC worked with a confidential Cannabis client to complete design/pre-consturction services, demolition and renovation of 2,500 SF of existing space at an occupied and active cultivation facility. Work comprised of the demolition of existing employee areas and grow room corridors and the buildout of additional processing and secure vault storage. This included working within high traffic areas as well as secure sections of the existing facility. With a tight schedule and our clients needs adjusting to market, regulatory and operational demands, JMC was able to remain flexible throughout design and construction in order to meet the clients needs. This allowed us to turn over the space to client on time and under budget.
