JMC served as General Contractor converting a former retail showroom into a 16,000 SF Planet of Play family entertainment center in Arlington, TX. The scope included a new fire water service, fire sprinkler and alarm systems, partial HVAC and electrical upgrades, and complete interior improvements to bring the space to life as an active indoor playground. Delivered on a 135-day schedule as a multi-million dollar contract.
