John Martin Companies served as General Contractor for the conversion of a former retail space into a 16,000 SF Planet of Play indoor family entertainment center in Waukesha, WI. Scope included a new roof, replacement rooftop HVAC units, and a full interior buildout to transform the shell into an active indoor playground. Working from designs by Ware Malcomb, JMC managed the project from permit through substantial completion on a 90-day schedule as a multi-million dollar contract.
