    John Martin Companies serves as Owner’s Representative for Saints JFX’s One Plan Facility Improvements — a $31M+ capital program spanning two campuses and four buildings.

    Working directly with ownership and key stakeholders, JMC provides oversight from early planning through construction, keeping design, budget, and execution aligned at every step. Our role is to act as the owner’s advocate — coordinating the design team, contractors, and stakeholders while maintaining disciplined control over cost, schedule, and scope.

    The program delivers phased improvements across multiple active facilities, which requires detailed planning and coordination to minimize disruption to ongoing operations. JMC leads contractor procurement and bid review, manages project budgets and schedules, and evaluates and negotiates change orders to protect project integrity.

    Given the scale and mission-driven nature of the organization, our approach emphasizes transparency, accountability, and long-term stewardship of capital. We work closely with leadership to ensure each phase supports both immediate facility needs and the broader vision across both campuses.
